MEF BAND CAMP 2026 REGISTRATION

This project is partially funded by a City of Tempe - Community Arts Grant.
MEF Band Camp is Tuesday-Friday, June 9-12, 2026, at Marcos De Niza High School from 8:30am-3:30pm and Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Tempe Center for the Arts from 12:00pm-6:00pm with a free camp culminating Concert from 4:00-6:00pm.
Are you new to MEF Band Camp? Please arrange to have the brief Instructor Recommendation Form submitted on your behalf by your current band director or private music instructor. Instructor Recommendation Form Link Here.
Ensemble placement audition music/instructions will be sent in April. Permission/liability forms and elective requests will be emailed to registered campers in May. Links will be sent to the parent email(s) provided on the registration.
Camp Tuition is due at time of registration. Returning camper tuition, if paid by 3/15/26, is $330. Returning campers have an option to pay a $50 deposit and a final payment of $280 by 3/15/26. New campers’ early tuition payment, if paid by 3/15/26, is $365. Tuition for returning and new campers is $390 if paid between 3/16/26 - 5/1/26. Tuition for returning and new campers is $400 if paid between 5/2/26 - 6/9/26. There are NO REFUNDS available for MEF Band Camp deposits or tuitions paid.
