This project is partially funded by a City of Tempe - Community Arts Grant.
MEF Band Camp is Tuesday-Friday, June 9-12, 2026, at Corona del Sol High School from 8:30am-3:30pm and Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Tempe Center for the Arts from 12:00pm-6:00pm with a free camp culminating Concert from 4:00-6:00pm.
Are you new to MEF Band Camp? Please arrange to have the brief Instructor Recommendation Form submitted on your behalf by your current band director or private music instructor. You do not need to wait for your instructor to send in the recommendation before you register for camp. Please register any time. Your instructor’s recommendation mainly helps our staff get to know your musical skills prior to camp. Instructor Recommendation Form Link Here.
Ensemble placement audition music/instructions will be emailed to campers after camp registration is receiver. Permission/liability forms and elective requests will be emailed to registered campers in May. Links will be sent to the parent email(s) provided on the registration. Those registering in May or June will receive the Ensemble placement audition music/instructions soon after registration.
Camp Tuition is due at time of registration. Tuition is $400. The only exception is for parents who have contacted MEF and have been approved to make Financial Assistance Tuition payments. There are NO REFUNDS available for MEF Band Camp deposits or tuitions paid.
